    • Room to grow: Through our Lottery Academy, you’ll have access to workshops, training sessions, and courses. We also offer exciting career opportunities – both nationally and internationally.
    • Team spirit: We enjoy spending time together, whether it’s at our monthly after-work get-togethers, our annual team day, or our traditional Christmas breakfast where we celebrate the small and big achievements of the year.
    • Fitness & balance: Stay active and find your balance with discounts at Fitness First, JobRad, and Urban Sports Club.
    • Make an impact: We regularly visit the projects we support and exchange ideas with the organizations we support during our “Charity Times.”

About us

At Postcode Lotterie, we believe that the world benefits from strong non-profit organizations. As one of Germany’s major social lotteries, we give entire neighborhoods the chance to win — and at the same time, their tickets supports projects that help make our world a better place. At least 30 percent of all ticket revenues goes toward initiatives that promote equal opportunities, social cohesion, and the protection of nature and the environment. Since our launch in 2016, thanks to our participants, we have already supported more than 7,500 green and social projects in Germany with over €400 million.

We are part of the international Postcode Lotteries, active in five European countries. Since the first lottery was founded in 1989 in the Netherlands, we have collectively contributed more than €15 billion to charitable causes — making us one of the largest private donors worldwide.

Today, more than 1,500 colleagues across the Netherlands, Sweden, the United Kingdom, Germany, and Norway are working together to strengthen communities and protect the planet. Diversity is central to our culture: we know that different perspectives fuel creativity, innovation, and meaningful collaboration.

What matters to us: If you believe in our mission and want to contribute to it, you are welcome here — regardless of your background, religion, age, skin color, or sexual orientation.
