About us

Our concept creates a win-win situation: participants in the Postcode Lottery win great prizes, and non-profit organizations receive funding. At least 30 percent of our ticket revenue goes to projects in the areas of equal opportunities, social cohesion, and nature and environmental protection.

Deutsche Postcode Lottery is part of the Postcode Lottery Group, an international group with lotteries in 5 countries and a social purpose. Thanks to all participants, more than 15 billion euros have been provided for thousands of social and green projects since the first Postcode Lottery was founded in 1989. This makes us one of the largest private funders in the world. Together with more than 1,500 colleagues in the Netherlands, Sweden, the UK, Germany, and Norway, you contribute to a better world for people and nature every day!

The Postcode Lottery Group employs people of various nationalities and backgrounds. This makes us happy because diversity is an ideal breeding ground for creativity, innovation, and collaboration. It may be obvious, but we say it anyway: If you think you can make a valuable contribution to our organization, you are welcome here. Regardless of your origin, religion, age, work ability, or life philosophy.
